Organic Recipes : Cherry Relish


In celebration of our ‘Ingredient of the Month’, why not try out this delicious and nutritious recipe for Cherry Relish.

A great Summery addition to any starter or cheese platter!

Cherry Relish


300g fresh cherries

1tbs of olive oil

1 small red onion finely diced

handful of shredded mint

handful of shredded parsley

1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

2 tsp of brown sugar

½ tsp of sea salt flakes



Photo-01Halve cherries and place all ingredients in a bowl. Season with a touch of pepper and set aside for 15 minutes.

Photo-05We found it was delicious served with crusty sourdough bread and a tangy goats cheese. And paired with a nice chilled chardonnay.
