It’s Soup Season


First of all, welcome to winter! These cooler months are the perfect time to curl up with a warm soup. However, the cosy temperature of this type of meal is not the only reason that we love soups during winter.

The best part about winter being soup season (we think) is that during these months, core soup ingredients are in-season. For example, in winter, you’ll find soup favourites such as fennel, mushrooms, pumpkin, potatoes and tomatoes fresh and in-season.
